report to the viewer through the film a positive image of the family;
promotion of chastity, fidelity, love and devotion in marriage;
introduction of image joys of parenthood, caring for parents;
education of children and youth in the spirit of patriotism and love for the motherland;
participation in the national program "in the family, established under the recommendations of the Socio-church forum" spiritual and moral basis of demographic development of Russia "held in October 2004 under the chairmanship of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexis II.
The main objectives of the Film Festival are:
identification of the best films and most talented cinematographers under the expert evaluation of the jury;
creation of highly professional film, television and animation product that meets the criteria of a positive image of the family;
promotion of film and television - Rent-winning film;
dissemination of the best movies on DVD - ROM among pupils and students;
assessment and recognition of the most successful directors in the creation of family films;
promotion of young and professional filmmakers to create films focused on the positive attitude to the family;
involvement of Russian and foreign investments in the creation of films on the family;
establishment on TV and Cinemas media space for the movies focused on positive attitude towards family and child-rearing;
targeting families on the birth of 3 or more children.
